Fair Use Policy
Commentr plans include monthly active-comment allowances designed to keep the service fast and reliable for all customers. Active comments are comments created during the billing month that have not been rejected or removed.

If an account exceeds its fair-use allowance, Commentr does not shut off the widget. Existing conversations remain visible, new comments continue to be accepted, and those new comments wait for manual tenant admin approval until the next monthly reset or plan upgrade.
High-volume customers can upgrade plans or contact support for a custom volume arrangement.
